Freestyle and Greco Season in full swing starting Monday March 5 now in 3 locations. SWA will now add Moses Lake to our team coached by Executive Director Shaun Williams. The addition of Moses Lake enhances the opportunities for our wrestlers to combine with new and different practice partners throughout the region and the state. SWA will have dynamic Super Practices along with bringing in our Sports Mental Toughness Trainer Craig Sigl back for a session on Friday, April 6.
The schedule includes extensive travel opportunities for our elite wrestlers and also local opportunities for advancing our newer athletes. The coaching staff is committed to all the members in the room for the advancement of each no matter what their experience level. We will have each room divided to achieve that purpose.
