Sabotage Sports is launching the first of our SPORTS-NASTICS programs for kids ages 4 to 8 with VOLLEY-NASTICS for girls and boys.

VOLLEY-NASTICS

Did you ever wonder why there are no volleyball opportunities for kids under 8 years old? Maybe it was considered a sport too difficult to learn or teach?

Well it isn’t and it is the fastest growing sport for girls in the US. Most girls may start at the Boys and Girls club or at their school in PE when they are 9 or 10, but are the coaches really trained to teach correct technical movement? To learn any sport correctly from the beginning will avoid years of later retraining muscle memory and awareness of a particular sport.

Volley-Nastics is a fun curriculum combining volleyball specifc training and movement along with gymnastics and games to teach balance, coordination and development of motor skills. Your little athlete will love coming to the sessions and will learn more than you can imagine in the 8 weeks she participates.

The program is divided up into 5 age groups:

U-4

U-5

U-6

U-7

U-8

Pick the age that fits your child’s age and register for 8 weeks of 1 day a week sessions for a 1 hour period of time.

Volley-Nastics was developed by volleyball coaches and trainers specifically for Sabotage Sports and is coached by our trained and talented staff of high school and college coaches.

Freestyle and Greco Season in full swing starting Monday March 5 now in 3 locations. SWA will now add Moses Lake to our team coached by Executive Director Shaun Williams. The addition of Moses Lake enhances the opportunities for our wrestlers to combine with new and different practice partners throughout the region and the state. SWA will have dynamic Super Practices along with bringing in our Sports Mental Toughness Trainer Craig Sigl back for a session on Friday, April 6.

The schedule includes extensive travel opportunities for our elite wrestlers and also local opportunities for advancing our newer athletes. The coaching staff is committed to all the members in the room for the advancement of each no matter what their experience level. We will have each room divided to achieve that purpose.
